 Today didn't get off to a good start. Only a few metres from the motel, I was looking down to check the back tyre, and came off the side of the road slipped part way down the embankment. There was slight damage to the left panier, which doesn't look serious, and the handlebars got twisted out of alignment but that was easy to fix.
