 When I arrived here, I was greeted by two other diners who had seen me a few hours ago out on the road. After they left, these two arrived. They are both cyclists. The man on the right has ridden across the USA five times so he was giving me some advice. All five of us are staying at the same motel, and all five of us got a takeaway chorizo thing from here to have for breakfast. Later in the evening, the man from the first couple would be asking about my bike and taking pictures of it. He said he would like a 30-speed touring bike but had never been able to find one in any bike shops in Salem, which is one of Oregon's larger cities.
