 This road has no consistency. It just feels like it was thrown together. Sometimes it had a shoulder, sometimes nothing, sometimes a footpath which I may or may not be allowed to ride on, sometimes some very rough ground which serves no other purpose so I can ride on it if I go slowly, and sometimes a gutter like here. Just along from here, it also had a man sitting in the bushes speaking gruffly into a mobile phone. It startled me when I heard him.
