Many people have been speculating that restaurants in the path of the eclipse will be fully booked tonight. This one is only about half full. I heard the waitress say that this is significantly busier than a typical Sunday night and they only have the same number of staff as on a normal Sunday so the service was a little slow but not as bad as I had feared. While waiting, I rebooted my phone and it immediately got a signal for the first time in two states. I should have tried that days ago. The data rate was very poor so perhaps there are a lot of tourists somewhere around here overloading the network at the moment but with any luck, I might be able to get back to live tweeting within a couple of days.
