I've met two cyclists going the other way. As you can see, they are riding from New York to Los Angeles, but by quite a meandering route which will take them up into Montana after they've seen the eclipse. They are only doing about 65 miles per day so it will take them a while. They are camping and said that they experienced a severe storm last night. I had thick curtains and a noisy air conditioner so I had no idea what was going on outside.
