 At last, a train carrying something other than coal. Incidentally, for a while last night I couldn't work out why the air conditioner in my room was periodically making funny noises. It turned out that the level crossing in the middle of Torrington had loudspeakers which played train horn noises whenever a train was approaching, and the sound was coming in through my air conditioner.
