 The New Meadow. Ignore what it says on the sign. That's just a sponsor's name. This is the first new stadium on my tour. It was opened in 2007 and has a capacity of 9875 spectators. The highest recorded attendance is 9510. I forgot to mention yesterday that Kidderminster Harriers' Aggborough ground was opened in 1890 and has a current capacity of 6444 and a record attendance of 9155. Almost all of the grounds that I will see were built either before 1940 or after 1980. Most of the old grounds, like Aggborough, will have a record attendance which is significanly higher than the current capacity because it's only since the safety of the spectators became an issue that grounds have had to limit how many they allow in.
