 I should probably clarify that where I've been quoting dates for the opening of a stadium, what I actually mean is the date of the first football match. This was originally the main stadium for the 2002 Commonwealth Games but the first match was in 2003. The current capacity is 46708 but somehow a match in 2012 set an attendance record of 47435.
