 Stadium:mk is the home to Milton Keynes Dons, the other half of what used to be be Wimbledon FC. To recap, Wimbledon FC's management relocated to Milton Keynes in order to tap the market of a town which previously had no serious football club. Not many of the players or fans came with them but the MK team inherited Wimbledon FC's position in the league. Since then, it has been decreed that MK Dons aren't allowed to make any claim to the history of Wimbledon FC, although they do still use the name "Dons", Wimbledon's old nickname. Supporters of Wimbledon FC formed a club called AFC Wimbledon, which started in the lower divisions and has been working its way up. It also claims to be the successor to Wimbedon FC.
