![]() The club was founded in 1889 and used to play at the Lawn Ground which was just a few hundred metres away and has now been turned into houses. This is the New Lawn. The first game here was in 2006. The capacity is 5147 and the record attendance was 4836. It's well known that West Bromwich Albion have the highest ground in the top four divisions, about 168 metres above sea level. This fifth division ground is pretty much equal to that. They aren't the highest ground that I've visited though. That was Sandygate in Sheffield, the home of Hallam Football Club and the oldest surviving football ground.
