 Today is the fist day of the new football season. At least, it would have been except that for reasons which I don't know, Brighton and Hove Albion jumped the gun by playing their game against Nottingham Forest last night. The exciting thing though is that I've got a ticket for the Kidderminster v Grimsby game. I've never been to a professional football match before. I'll stress now that I'm not intending to watch matches at all 116 grounds. I am hoping to be able to see one in each division, although that would require sticking pretty closely to my planned schedule.
