 Several times on this trip, I've finished riding too late to find any food anywhere. Today is different. I'm staying in this place which seems like magic. I never expected that a retail park in Scunthorpe could be so delightful. It's got all these shops, which are open way later than their equivalents in my home town, and also a supermarket and two fast food restaurants which look like they stay open all night. The hotel's own restaurant is also open until ten o'clock, which amazes me. As I'm here, I've bought a new mount for attaching the camera to the bike so that I can use the bike as a tripod, and a new rear tyre. The old one is quite worn after 1090 miles so I thought I would replace it now rather than waiting for it to fail than having to do a bodge job of patching it up and having to look for a bike shop in a hurry, as usual.
