As I mentioned at the start of this trip, where was a period of decades when no clubs in the serious divisions moved to new premises so the grounds on my list can almost all be classified as old ones or new ones. This is the earliest of the major new ones so it is the only new one to appear on my list of 1995-1996 top division grounds.

I'm afraid I made a bit of a muck-up with that list. I had always planned it to be the 20 top division grounds from 1995-1996 but then just before I started the trip, I changed it to 1994-1995 specifically so that it would include Middlesbrough's old ground, Ayresome Park. I've now realised that I ended up with a list that was a messy cross between the two seasons and anyway Middlesbrough weren't in the top division during their 1994-1995 season at Ayresome park but were during 1995-1996 when they played here. I've corrected my progress chart now. I probably will end up visiting pretty much all of the top division grounds from the 1990s but some, like Ayresome Park and the Baseball Ground, will just appear in the row of other interesting places at the bottom of the chart.

The gates here came from Ayrsome Park.
