![]() The big metal thing in front of the tree is a giant sculpture of a cockroach. According to the sign, it was one of a number of large metal sculptures which were placed by the side of the main road North from Adelaide as part of a protest against a proposed rubbish dump. Although the dump did go ahead, some of them are still there and I would drive past them later in the day. The cockroach was in danger of being scrapped though until somebody from a television programme launched a campaign to save it so it's now here.
