 Good morning! I've moved even further into the future and am now in Christchurch, New Zealand where it's well after midnight despite not even being lunchtime back home. Coming through the airport was pretty easy despite there being some very thorough bio-security checks. They x-ray everything and question you a few times about what you are bringing in and where it's been but the people doing it are very friendly and chatty. The little sniffer dog was very cute. I had to declare that I had been to that sheep farm at the weekend but it wasn't a problem. I have heard it mentioned in a few places that New Zealand isn't at all cycle friendly. The evidence so far doesn't agree with that.
