 These is the other side of one of those panels of mailboxes. I've just seen somebody open one from the outside and remove the contents. Most of them have junk mail in them so I don't think they are anonymous PO boxes. I now think that mail probably doesn't get delivered to individual houses and residents have to come here to collect it instead.
