 After a while, a long-term guest arrived as assured me that the owner would be around in the evening, and that even if she wasn't, there were several other hotels in the town. The owner arrived at about 3:30 and explained that she hadn't seen my reservation because the computer here isn't working. The whole place seems a bit shambolic. For instance, she led me to my room but left the key hanging up at reception. At least I got my nasty pre-packed breakfast for free because she didn't have any change.
