 The signs are very clear that pedestrians have to use the path along the other side of the bridge and cyclists have to use the one on this side. One sign said there is a $500 fine for walking or jogging on this one. The trouble is that it would be pretty much impossible to ride up those steps, although I did see one man riding down.
