 The best tyres the shop had were the same model as the ones which I've been using for the last few weeks but the same size as the ones which originally came with the bike. As we adjusted the mudguards in Invercargill to accommodate the larger ones, there's now a big gap there. I've also tweaked the tension of some of the spokes because I noticed that the wheel wasn't quite planar any more. I hope I haven't done anything to damage it.
