After missing out on my spa bath in Dunedin, I think I've become a bit to eager to book one here on the North Island. This is the fourth night in a row that I've had one. I might not even use this one. I don't really need it when I haven't been cycling. A notoce here says that although the spa uses normal mains water, it is geothermally heated from 200 metres below. I don't know whether that means that the motel has sunk its own pipes to that depth or whether all the hot water in the town is geothermally heated.
