It seems that the Corinthian column at the entrance to the town represents the ones on the old court...
It seems that the Corinthian column at the entrance to the town represents the ones on the old courthouse, the building on the left here which, according the sign outside, was built in 1883 at a cost of £2964. The colourful buiding on the right is the opera house.
