 This was called a "Shake de France" It's got coffee in it, although I didn't realise that meant lumps of solid coffee. Personally, I would associate coffee more with Italy than with France but never mind. I was too full to drink it after my second meal of the day so I've been carrying it for nearly an hour. Now it seems to have separated.
