There are posters like the one on the left here all over the city. One had the dates 1067-2011 so they appear to be in celebration of the city's 944th anniversary. They look pretty permanent so I assume that are here all year. After that, they will probably be replaced by posters celebrating the 945th anniversary. The octagonal, or technically rhombicuboctahedral, building in the picture is the National Library. I think I should see it for real tomorrow.
