 In most countries, a rest area like this would just have picnic tables but in Belarus, it has proper well-built little summer houses. I another lay-by, I saw about ten people all squeezed into one. I don't know what they thought they were sheltering from. It's not raining, it's not very sunny here in the woods and the shelters have no windows to they don't stop the wind.
