The Foreign & Commonwealth Office website said cash machines didn't exist in small towns in Belarus. That's clearly nonsense. This one worked fine and there were others in this town too. Also, I noticed a few places displaying stickers saying that they accepted credit cards. I bet more places take credit cards here than in Germany, where they aren't popular at all.
