 My guess is that these must be the names of people who have funded the redevelopment of the city centre. I'm impressed with the results, and rather regretting that I didn't book a hotel in the centre. It would have been good to spend the evening wandering between these pavement cafés, wishing I could speak enough Polish to go into one of them. Instead, I just bought a punnet of raspberries, which was all I really wanted. I've been seeing people carrying them all day and petrol stations don't sell them.
