 The village of Hyncice was the birthplace of the early geneticist Gregor Mendel, which is what the notice board on the left is about. Apart from that, this picture was just meant to show a typical village. The recycling bins for glass and plactic in the foreground seem to be everywhere except where I buy new bottles of drink and want to throw the old ones away. The blue bins for paper, such as used maps, are less common.
