 This section of cycle path is under construction. The men who were working on it waved me through. I've used some completed sections of this type of path today and they are very good. This unfinished surface isn't bad either. However, a little way further on, this path turns into sticky mud for about a kilometre. The mud got jammed in the bike's brakes and under the mudguard. A lot fell off later in the day when it dried but the wheels were never completely free of it.
