 The Laon Ibis Hotel, seen from the rather cheaper Etap next door, which is owned by the same company. In my experience, the price difference is normally reflected in the quality but here in France, the Ibis doesn't seem to have any advantage. Look, my hotel has a window-box, which the Ibis doesn't. It has free wireless Internet access too.
