 The River Maritsa in Plovdiv. So far, I don't think I've seen Plovdiv's good side. I have seen more bikes here than in Sofia though and there was a pretty good cycle path leading into the town so I have my hopes that there is a good bike shop somewhere. The terrain in the Maritsa valley here is very flat. It would be strange if cycling wasn't popular.
