 Today is going better than I had expected. I thought today's road might be hard to find because one of my maps doesn't mark it, only showing the parallel motorway. I also thought that it might be busy if the motorway was a toll road and that it might be of poor quality because of my previous experience in nearby Romania. In fact, finding and staying on the road was a piece of cake, most of the road surface is of good quality and there is virtually no traffic. The strange thing is that there's no much on the motorway either. I think car ownership must be quite low in this region. A high proportion of the cars which I have seen have been foreign. There have been no more British cars but some from as far away as Sweden. A lot of the locally registered cars are battered old Yugos.
