 It appears that there is going to be a carnival soon in Pancevo, possibly this weekend. Somebody is setting up a lighting rig under the grey tent, which will later be lifted up on those metal towers. Beyond that, out of sight, are more tents housing a large bar, as if there weren't enough bars and cafés around here already.
