 This is Vicenza. I'm surprised how many of the shops in the centre are still open well after seven o'clock. I suppose it's because they all close for a few hours in the afternoon. On my way into the city, I passed a couple of bike shops which were open and was considered calling in to see if they could have a look at my wheel which, after three days of slightly rough treatment, brok a spoke when I was on a flat bit of road doing nothing unusual. I decided it was better to get to my hotel though. I'll have plenty of time tomorrow to get it looked at, although that's the time when I had been intending to go and have a look at Venice.
