 The inside of the Derrick Inn. I don't know what it used to be but it's a bit of a funny motel. There's a pool and jaccuzi at the far end of this room. Each downstairs bedroom has a door into this atrium and a door into the car park. You have to remember to come in through the door by which you last left because the other one will be locked from the inside. The manager seemed so insistent on me keeping the bike in the room that he gave me a double room for the price of a single because it was the only room he had left downstairs. Actually, I would call the bed a triple, like several others I've had. Perhaps the room he's given me is reserved for cyclists; when I turned the television on, it was already on the Weather Channel.
